COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Drehstrom Asynchron IEC34-5 IEC345 FC90L/4 FC90L4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the FWC3125JVWA0601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HCMF13S1 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GST073NVCK4C by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand HD20112SP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Computer-Conversions such as HMR9064CR equipment made by Computer-Conversions have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Computer-Conversions products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Computer-Conversions" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FT50721AF711EH0 made by Siemens as well as the popular GFMG025F1N original spares produced by Brother Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HS35F100R11BS1024C2ABZC28VVSM1419S by Bei and HMR9064CR spares by Computer-Conversions are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HSF04MNH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Haidenhain. |
